They love human beings, and only good can result from your effort to love and understand them.

The consciousness of angels has grown exponentially, even in my lifetime. When I was young they were considered one dimensionally, if at all, but are coming into human consciousness as real workers now. It seems that the current trend in thought about them is focused mainly on Archangels–but the book tells us that these high angels are the commanders and servants of other, higher types of beings than us–though apparently there’s an Archangels headquarters on our planet, which might be why people are so fixated on them.
There are seven angelic groups described in the book as having much more to do with us, descending in order from central to local universe levels: with the high Supernaphim, Seconaphim, Tertiaphim and Omniaphim above, and the Seraphim and their aids, the Cherubim and Sanobim, on the local universe level.
On this site, we’ll be focusing on the Seraphim, who work the most intimately with human beings. There are ways they work that are important to understand and then ways they’re organized for service that would be easy and productive to align to.
Human and angel are complementary and symbiotic by nature. We humans take our origin in both Creator Parents while they take theirs soley in the Mother Spirit—and we reflect the more extreme diversity of the types of beings originating in Logos while the Seraphim reflect the more uniform and stable types originating in the Mother. Throughout the universes, the millions of Seraphim created by more than 700,000 Creative Mother Spirits, remain the most uniform of all beings and provide grounding, stability and interconnection for an unimaginably diverse creation.
Human and angel may be destined for an ages-long partnership and friendship but obviously don’t begin on equal footing. The Seraphim are created higher and have capabilities we can’t understand. To us, a seraphim would be a mathematical genius, possessing the ‘inherent and automatic powers of knowing such things’. As the children of the Mother Spirit, and descended through her from the Infinite Spirit, they are designed to work in the conjoined field between matter and spirit, through the intervening realm of mind, to establish fields of progressive action for individual and group evolution. They are by nature reflective of love and mercy in action.
We meet angels at the juncture of their descending, and our ascending, trajectories. They long to attain the full range of their experiential capacity and for that reason compete, after several thousands of years of training, to enjoin a human being in guardianship and then bring them successfully through the long process of ascent. This is described as an ages-long progression from the densest, most material, level possible to the most spiritual. It involves intellectual and spiritual training through many worlds, even universes, and the guardian Seraphim are the ones who accompany and guide us individually through the whole process. They become our longest acquaintances and dearest friends.
The Seraphim have other functions aside from guardianship, though. They work as social architects on our world to bring desirable combinations of people together to nurture individual and group potential. They’re described as actively enhancing higher human impulses and emotions by augmenting truth, ethical sensitivity and morality in interpersonal relationships, while stimulating social connection and a growing awareness of cosmic citizenship.
The book tells us they also work as record keepers, and work in many different capacities relating to processes pertaining to justice–from the reception, filing and dispatch of records to legal representation and fair defense. As recorders, they also work as celestial messengers by transmitting and broadcasting information. While angels do not have the types of wings they do in angel lore, there are seraphim who are designed to transport the less dense and non-combustible forms of spirit beings through vast stretches of space. These are called the Transport Seraphim.
But how do they actually work with us? Before attempting to pinpoint it, it must first be said that nobody knows. Our books says that the level of coordination between the influences of the divine Father fragment in the individual and the spirit influences of the Creator Son and Mother Spirit are so perfectly in harmony with the work of the angels that there’s no explanation for it other than some unknown function of the Supreme.
There are clues, though. We’re told that angels never invade the sanctity of the mind or abrogate human will. Rather, they work through the moral, ethical and social environment to bring human beings through seven levels of progression, called the Seven Psychic Circles. These circles have to do with the physical, intellectual and spiritual progression of the whole personality. God consciousness is an important part of it but not the sole part. In fact, either overdeveloped spiritual or intellectual growth can become lopsided and retard the process by a lack of balance. Ideally, all aspects grow apace, integrating and aligning with the social progress of the individual as well.
In terms of guardianship, we’re watched over in groups whose numbers diminish as we progress, circle by circle, from the seventh to the first. It isn’t until attaining the third circle that we’re assigned individual guardians. This may be because, in light of free will, angels can only utilize the range available to them by innate invitation. By the time a human attains that third circle they’ve developed enough of a relationship with spirit to invite more interaction, within and without.
The interesting thing about circle attainment is what they say about citizenship, though: “A seventh or sixth circler can be almost as truly God-knowing—sonship conscious—as a second or first circler, but such lower circle beings are far less conscious of experiential relation to the Supreme Being, universe citizenship.” The implication of this is that social development and a strong service mentality are extremely important for the holistic, spiritual evolution of a human being.
But, in terms of angelic technique, while it’s said they don’t work within an individual’s mind, it is said that they have the ability to bridge the full range of energy from the denser material levels to high spirit frequencies to stimulate thinking. So when it comes to understanding how an angel might work with us, it’s important to understand their relationship to our mind type, in general, as they will always function in relation to mind and action.
On this material level, we humans share a mind circuit derived from the Mother Spirit. It’s a variant of cosmic mind, an energetic system that itself is encircuited by seven action-inducing adjutants, superimposed on material mind. These circuits govern intuition, understanding, courage, knowledge, counsel, worship and wisdom. The first five adjutants encircuit all teachable levels of animal mind while the last two, worship and wisdom, are in the realm of reflective mind and can be utilized additionally by human beings to create the possibility of God consciousness.
The revelators say that while we think of our bodies as having a mind, they think of our minds as having a body. Mind itself is part of a larger system that encircuits all living beings, and is the generator of the physical body. While an angel may not cross into the discreet, mind arena of an individual, she does work with these ‘adjutant mind-spirits’ in the larger system of mind to make them available to us to stimulate our thinking.

Think of the moments when you experience intimacy with your environment—the feeling of being at home in a garden, in love with a pet or at peace in a large group. Then of moments when you drop into trusting another person or suddenly have your attention focused on something someone is saying that catches your interest. We take these experiences completely for granted as originating within ourselves but an angel is fully capable of orchestrating the larger physical and mindal environment to provoke us into spontaneous thoughts along the deeper lines of intuition, courage, loyalty, learning, kinship, social responsibility, spirit realization and discernment—all urges that originate in the adjutants.
She can also work with the energetic fields between people–lessening the odds against potentials that need to be realized–while creating synchronicities and happenstances to stimulate the impulses that move human feeling into more sincere, authentic pathways. She is in collaboration with other divine agencies, too, to create a ‘present’ moment ripe with possibility. Within it may be a call to new fields of action: a field of challenge, or intimacy, or intrigue around a body of information. A feeling of connection and protection around a person, group or idea.
Many of the words used in the book, to describe what angels do, have a mathematical ring to them. Angelic action can ‘augment’, ‘enhance’, ‘differentiate’, ‘coordinate’, ‘correlate’, ‘stimulate’, ‘attune’, ‘synthesize’, and ‘manipulate’. These are words that can be used to describe work with energy on all kinds of levels. And the angel is free to manipulate your environment to provoke growth along moral, ethical, spiritual and social lines, as she sees fit—to help evolve the entirety of you as a person—with all of her incomprehensible capabilities to bridge spirit and matter. She is an artist with energy, deeply trained to work through the medium of circumstance.
Your unseen angel is in active collaboration with you in the moments that will culminate in the totality of your life experience and that’s most likely the reason why she later becomes the custodian of the ‘mind patterns, memory formulas and soul realities’ that transcend physical death–to be resurrected with her help on the next level for the ‘second generation of the soul’. She was most likely a key player in instigating and provoking them, to begin with.
On the spiritual level, seraphim make personal many otherwise impersonal and prepersonal ministries of the universe; they are co-ordinators. On the intellectual level they are the correlators of mind and morontia; they are interpreters. And on the physical level they manipulate terrestrial environment through their liaison with the Master Physical Controllers and through the co-operative ministry of the midway creatures.
