All of us, as inhabitants of the planet Earth, are required to do all that is possible in our power to keep our environment clean and safe for us and the future generation. The earth is made up of mostly water than land. And yet, for decades people have treated the planet’s oceans, seas, rivers and other bodies of water very poorly and with utter neglect. Not only is water a vital resource that mankind needs in order to live; but mother earth is greatly affected by man’s choices, neglect, or lack of action. Polluted seas, rivers, lakes and other bodies of water have the potential to destruct mother universe and can even pose a serious hazard to people that live near coastlines and essentially all communities that depend on those sources of water. Caring for these important bodies of water and addressing the problems that affect nature, therefore, an environmental project statement that is worth pursuing. Not only is it worth pursuing, it has become a basic need. Because lack of clean water and access to it can only snowball into greater and more destructive humanitarian problems.

My father and I started our company in 1980.
My goal is to help Industry understand that profit is certainly necessary but that profit that does not include everybody involved is not “profit” in the sense of advancement. If all involved do not move forward economically, there is the opposite of “profit”. The end result will be disappointment, at best, and disaster if not addressed.
If employees are under paid they have the worry of how to pay the bills, take care of their families. If an employee takes an extra job to make ends meet he or she cannot put their best into their first job. Productivity suffers, product and service quality suffers, morale suffers, employee retention deteriorates, experience and costs of training is lost. In this condition the employer makes less profit, not more. We have found that if we pay our employees as much as is practical, the more profitable we are and the better it is for all of us.
